accessories, announced today that Michael Polk has been named Interim Chief
Executive Officer. This leadership transition comes as Seth Richards and Todd
Vore step down from their roles to pursue other opportunities.
Michael Polk, who brings extensive experience from his tenure at Newell Brands, Unilever, and
Kraft, will guide Implus during this pivotal period. Dave Bordeau, Chairman of
the Implus Board of Directors, expressed confidence in Polk’s ability to lead

Michael Polk is no stranger to high-profile leadership roles, having previously served on the Boards
of Directors of Colgate-Palmolive Company and Logitech International. His
educational background includes an MBA from Harvard Business School and an
undergraduate degree from Cornell University.
