significant change in its leadership. Michael Polk has been appointed as the
Interim Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Seth Richards, who, along with

Michael Polk, a seasoned executive with a wealth of experience, previously held the
position of President and CEO at Newell Brands from 2011 to 2019. His extensive
background includes leadership roles at Unilever and Kraft, along with a career
