NewsWatch TV’s Campaign For Saygus Review

With a technology, consumer and entertainment format, NewsWatch TV brings news to over 200 markets in the U.S. on the AMC and ION Network. Newswatch TV features a wide range of topics such as consumer news and celebrity interviews,. They also reach out with public service announcements and sponsored reviews of various products ranging from mobile apps to new groundbreaking medical equipment.

The program, hosted by Susan Bridges, Andrew Tropeano, and Michelle Ison, runs for 30 minutes and introduces several one-to-two minute segments. Each segment features stories or consumer oriented product and service reviews.

NewsWatch TV has had many celebrity appearances throughout its duration. Between July 2010 and July 2017, some of the celebrities to appear on the broadcasts included Chris Pratt, Jennifer Lawrence, Woody Harrelson, Cee Lo Green, Chris Noth, Julie Bowen, Julianna Morre, Joe Montana, and Jerry West.

Saygus’s Smartphone Campaign with NewsWatch TV

The american smartphone manufacturer, Saygus, hired NewsWatch TV to promote their new line of smartphones through online and on air campaigns. NewsWatch traveled to Barcelona to create segments at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. They also utilized NewsWatch TV’s services to push their Indiegogo campaign towards its goal.

With the help of NewsWatch TV, the Saygus Indiegogo campaign raised over $1.3 million, greatly outperforming the goal they had set of $300,000. The campaign destroyed expectations and impressed Saygus. Vice President of Saygus, Tim Rush, had this to say about NewsWatch: “It’s really important to get the right message, delivered in the right way, at the right time, to the right medium, and NewsWatch was able to do that excellently…I would highly recommend NewsWatch..They connect us between what we want to say, to what our audience wants to hear, to drive sales.”
